PHILOSOPHY: CANDID TIMELESS STORYTELLING

Our approach to wedding photography is rooted in a photo-documentary style, capturing your day as it naturally unfolds. Rather than focusing on staged shots, we prioritize authentic moments by documenting the genuine emotions, candid interactions, and little details that tell the full story of your wedding. With a journalistic eye, we aim to create a visual narrative that allows you to relive the day as it happened, preserving each fleeting moment in a timeless and meaningful way.

HOW IT WORKS

1.CONSULTATION

After your initial inquiry, we’ll schedule a consultation at your convenience. This can be a phone call, or video chat meeting to dive deeper into your wedding day vision. We’ll discuss key details and any specific moments you want captured. This step ensures that I understand your preferences and that we’re aligned to make your wedding day perfect.

2.CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

After our consultation, you’ll choose the package that best fits your needs and budget. Each package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to add extras like extended coverage, an engagement shoot, or a second shooter. I can help you select the right package to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

3.SECURE YOUR DATE

To lock in your date, a deposit depending on the package will be required. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll send over a formal agreement that outlines everything we discussed, including the services provided and the timeline. Once this step is done we can begin the formal planning.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Retain the Copyrights to the Photos?

McGrail Photography retains the copyright for professional and business use of your photos. What this means is that you can print your pictures wherever you may choose, but you may not sell your pictures for business. McGrail Photography is a business, and it may choose to use your pictures at it's discretion for advertising purposes. However, this is done with your permission which is sought at the Initial Questionnaire.

Over the years we have had the opportunity to capture the most cherished moments in people's lives against some breathtaking backdrops. Regardless of whether we have worked on your venue or not, we strive to maintain the same excellence in our services. Every wedding and every day is different, and our goal is to capture your vision and capture your love story. FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What Happens If I Lose my Pictures?

Your Photo Gallery remains available for a minimum of six months after your wedding, so you may have access to those. Additionally, we always keep a copy of all our pictures for up to 5 years. You can always reach out if something unforeseen happens and we will do our best to assist you.

Do I Need a Second Shooter?

Most weddings require only one photographer and an assistant. But there are some situations where we would recommend a second shooter, such as events where things are happening simultaneously but far apart from one another. We can talk about your specific needs and together decide if a second shooter is needed.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Have my Unedited Photos?

Part of the products we provide to our clients is our editing style, providing you with unedited photos would lack in that and so we do not. Each file requires time to process and export and raw photos are very large files that cannot be uploaded directly to most platforms, and, on the whole, are unappealing until they have been processed and edited.

Can I Print my Pictures or Do I Have to Buy Them From You?

When you work with McGrail Photography you will always get your pictures with full personal printing rights. We provide print and album services which offer higher quality printing than most people can print on their own. We love working with you to create some amazing wall art prints.
